Waterford was always a big feature of my families Irish road trip adventures when I was a kid so I can’t wait to tell you all about it.
County Waterford is just 2 hours drive from Cookies Campers so makes a perfect stop for your Irish campervan adventure. You can either do this as a 3 day itinerary or tag it onto a longer trip to take in the Wild Atlantic Way itinerary.
Day 1: Dublin to Tramore – Coastal Wonders and Culinary Delights
Morning: Start your journey from Cookies Campervan Rental Dublin and head towards the beautiful Comeragh Mountains. Coumshingaun Lake Walk is a short 4km walk which provides great views of the lake. After your walk, move on to the picturesque town of Tramore along the Copper Coast.
